DL`z ~> PRESSURE, ALL AROUND>> THE QB SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SE AROUND YOU!
Or have the time too. Arms reach within 3 seconds is a must.
LB`s, Give that 2 ~ 4 seconds of Front Zone coverage. IF you see the play coming your way ~> TAKE IT! THAT IS YOUR BALL THEY STOLE! Remember to watch the dump to the Linemen (they should be getting crushed, but we all know a short dump can happen at any time) WE ARE TRUSTING YOUR INSTINCTS TO KILL THE PLAY IF PRESSURE ISN"T 100% in the first 3 seconds.
CB`s ~> think Man coverage on the first two seconds, YOUR Falling BACK to help split the field Zone coverage with FS (3) ways,,, (3) men splitting the field in Zone, Front field or at the Line your LB`s have the coverage. IF we are in RED Zone or We (3) out number the WR`s deep on the field, get your Azz to the Play, or to the Ball, Don`t wait for it to be in the air.
FS ~> HeroBack,, That Ball goes up ,, YOUR MUST HAVE IT!
Not that a penalty in any way is ever good, but know the penalties,, if we are at risk of getting scored on, one small penalty to stop the play from a score, is worth the 5~10 yards,, unless in the red Zone. BUT KOW THE PENALTY!
Expect a rotation in players vs positions after first quarter,, ITS ONLY TO CONFUSE THE OTHER TEAM, but also to give a breather for some,, "me being one of the oldest MF`z on the team" I need a break here and there to shift my ballz around!
Also, this shift will give way for sharing positions a bit more Offensively and Defensively.
defensively I want to see us getting completely in everyteams way. Be pushy, in they face,, But don`t say ****. Do the talking in the way you play. If you gotta bite your own finger of to keep yourself from cursing freaking DO it. Just don`t curse. or say anything to these ref`s, Its not really a big factor now,, but as we play "certain" teams, us keeping our mouths shut will help our game in the way the ref`s call penalties. We know this to be true due to last season.
On any defensive position, know what the rest are supppose to be doing as well. Just in case something does get by us, (D-line or PRESSURE/PICK) YOU CB`s and FS are our HEROes and we are intrusting you to make good calls on making sure the play is killed in case it gets by us.

Someone relay the break down to the ones that can`t get on line. I can`t make practice tomorrow, but I am available for the Game 24/7. plus after 3pm tomorrow Someone give me a call for the break down. Thanks fellas. | |
