2:41 PM | Since this is the Virginia State tournament the VFFA rules should be in effect not a specific areas rules. Needing some verification on this because the rules they play in the 703 you might as well play 2 had touch. |

this must be your first state tourny? 99% play by the same rules in the leagues 757, 703, 804, 540 whatever. we never played no one who don`t know the rules. |

No far from my first state tournament, however there has been issues in the past with REFS from certain regions not knowing the rules *******. |

I think theres some rules that are different from 757, 703, 540, and 804.
the snap is allowed to have one bounce? This was allowed in two of my games last year at states.
100yrd fields or 80yrd fields. And i don` think its a rule difference as much as an interpretation of the rule when it comes to how much contact any ref will let go. But I know teams tried stripping balls from guys and that was allowed too. |

The ball can bounce 1 time. That is a state rule. Look at the nationla rules. VA goes by that with a few exceptions that is noted in the va ammendements |
