03:18 AM | Coaches and Asst Coaches can now use the "Admin Folder" in their team photo gallery to upload/crop/resize and shift photos into the state tournament (and their team) gallery.
The online photo folders are here.
1) Find the folders with your team photos.
2) Download those photos to your PC.
3) Login to your team page on your league site
* Go to your photo gallery
* click the Admin Folder
* click UPLOAD PHOTOS
* upload only a few
* click the crop/resize links under the thumbnails of the photos you uploaded to get the photo edit screen
* resize and/or crop the photos to whatever you want
* click the link to shift photos to the corresponding online gallery
* load a few more photos and repeat
The entire process works smoothly, and the instructions on the pages should be clear. Admin folder has a 5mb volume limit for now, but once you move photos you uploaded and edited out of the admin folder the space is cleared. You should be able to load and work with 5 or 6 photos at a time.
I still need to dump the rest of the SAT game folders into the directory and will do that tomorrow...well, later today in the morning.

The leagues who now have the capability (both commish & coaches/asst) to do all this are: WWFFA, CVFA, Harrisonburg, TFFL, HRFFL, IFFL & FCFFL.
If your team does not pay in one of these leagues, and you would like to be able to load your photos let me know and I will log into your league site and make adjustments.
