12:03 PM		3 Leagues had 2 teams representing them in the final 8!

Reston finshed 1st and 8th
Harrisonburg finished 3rd and 6th
Virginia Beach finished 4th and 5th

Add them all together and you get 9/2 teams = an average finish of 4.5 for each league!

So, who really has the best "B" League in the State and why?

Reston/Fairfax - Gotta count the Banditos finishing in like 11th, Truth 12th and Outcast at 15th.
