Flag Football is an offensively oriented sport. The rules were created to facilitate high scores. Thus, teams that can mount a good defense tend to win more often. |

if your new to VA then you should know that you can pass forward (behind the line of scrimmage) as many times as you want. i know in some states they don`t allow that. you can be really creative in flag so just pull flags on D and have fun on O. what is your team name? good luck. |
