Yes, Chesapeake will be the host for this year`s State Tournament. Headquarters will be at the Hilton Hotels in the Greenbriar area just off I-64 - rates $69 - same as Fairfax. Fields are located fairly close to the HQ: At present fields reserved are: Greenbriar Middle(2), Indian River High(2), Great Bridge High(2), Indian River Middle School, Potlock Elem., & Camelot Elem. Schools. (Six of these are lighted). - RCJ

The best part of playing in NOVA was all the field turf and they were so close together!

How many of the fields in Chesapeake are field turf and how many are grass and how spread out are they?

Have they agreed to let us play rain or shine??? (I`m just assuming they are not field turf)

NONE OF THE FIELDS ARE TURFMOST OF THE FIELDS ARE CLOSE TO HQ. POTLUCK, CAMELOT, AND GREAT BRIDGE FIELDS ARE NO MORE THEN TEN MINUTES AWAY BUT IN DIFFERENT DIREECTIONS. THE MALL IS ACROSS THE STREET, BW3`S IS ON THE NEXT STREET OVER PLUS OTHER BARS AND SHOPPING AND RESTURANTS. SO IN ALL, YOU ARE BASICALLY LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING.
