00:17 AM | What`s lost here is there is heated competition and a rivalry....804 vs 757.. In Richmond we work hard! Our commish puts up with alot running our league! Having to manage the largest league is one thing, and to be proud is another... at times the rivalry is personal beleive that! There is alot of talk going on here all year and we win it (the Gunz) and its classless to be happy! Whats lost in all of this is the great play of the Gunz who won it all two weeks in a row!! So, lets not lose sight of what they have accomplished! It really is a feat to win the state and the nationals! They are great, expecially with all of the competition thats out here now, not to mention the growth of the game... It`s easy to focus on the Commish and his comments, but the real focus and all of the complements should ever remain on Smy and the Gunz! Much props to the Gunz, you guys are the example for all teams to follow! One clear leader and not alot of chiefs! Again, congrats on a great run! Looking forward to the spring already! Lets celebrate the Gunz for their accomplishments and not become side tracked by the commish celebrating in the background! The Gunz have represented Richmond and flag football well! The league commish should be proud and his comments really shouldn`t matter that much. What should matter is the history that these guys are making! They were called old last year and pretty much written off by all! I am really happy he (the commish) was man enough to say he was proud of the championship and mentioning the "fact" that the Gunz won Vs the Beach back to back weekends! It`s not classless, it`s the truth! For goodness sakes it is a rivalry!! Theres nothing wrong with that... Now it`s classless to state the obvious! Politically incorrect? Come on now.... Put the focus back where it belongs and give the Gunz all the credit they are worthy of!! Lastly, they can put you in jail for carrying a gun, but they can`t put you in jail for telling the truth!! Congrats to the Gunz! Let`s not turn our attention away from the Gunz great accomplishment.....It would be a true injustice if we focused on anything other than that!!
