It is pretty much random except - we try to seed a league`s no 1 with another league`s no. 2 or 3 in a bracket. And, we try to make sure you won`t play someone from your own league (the one you are now representing)until as late in the tournament as possible, e.g different halves, different quarters. And we always schedule the previous year`s State Champ and Runner Up in the same half so that at least one different team will make it to the Finals. But, other than that, it`s pretty much luck of the draw. Hope this helps. - RCJ
