3:44 PM		Mr. Jacobs we hear in Virginia Beach need your help to make sure from here on out that Rob Clark enforces manditory rosters since 1999 It has come to my attention that Mr. Rob Clark has only enforced the rosters for state tournament only. This Has been an on-going problem and I feel action should be taken. I would gladly appreciate your help.
