it was in Richmond last year, its back to Northern VA. I think it has to do with field quality. All fields in Nova/DC are turf from what i hear |

but i think the point is the fields are horrendous in Richmond. Why not play on all turf, where the elements (rain, snow, etc) dont effect the field. |

How is it the commissioners fault ? Every league gets plenty of bids , but it is ultimately up to the team. I think it has to do with traveling , single elimination and teams dropping down or making super teams that is causing the low numbers. Who want to pay $225 plus travel / hotel to play against an all star team and go home ??? |

If you really wanted to win and didn`t think you could with your current roster, of course you`re going to add a few good players to boost your chances. And in terms of the field conditions, Dorey is fine to play at. It`s a typical grass field that will be damp in the morning. The worst part about Dorey is the wind, not the surface. |
