Are states really in harrisonburg this year? Someone got on our message board saying they aint but the general word is they are. Can somebody "official" chime in? Figure they ought to know by now where its gonna be for sure.

States are actually in Richmond again this year. Harrisonburg did not have the fields to do it or whatever reason. But Bob said sates will be in Richmond again
