Reality still hasn`t set in yet for some you you dudes! 703 teams ARE NOT BAD AT ALL! Regardless of the draws or any other mysterious workings, 5 of the TOP 10 teams from "A" are from the 703 REGARDLESS OF THE DRAW!!!
PLUS! Next year, 2014, everyone has a lot to prove because each team from each league will be gunning for the top spot!
If 7 point is the only LEGIT TEAM, so I guess FIRM is not then? Seeing as 7 point beat them TWICE WITHIN THE LAST FEW MONTHS;

Nooo I said 7pt had the only legit DRAW of the tournament out of 703 teams, hence, saying Firm is legit....If GameFace had 7pts draw they would`ve lost to TC! and Firm! Same with every other 703 team but 7pt. That bracket was the tough one to get out of. GF had a cakewalk. TMT....ok fine, they`re a decent A team, hung with Primetime. Other than that, 703 is trash. 804 was real strong obviously...PT the best hands down. Boogie (Gunz) prob 2nd best team in the state for real but had one of the toughest draws I`d ever seen. 3 games in and taking on a fresh TT squad.
H Burg good too...TT the truth...M&G a tron got stuck w Gunz round 1 no easy game there. WEWE played good, would`ve beat GF had they not had the extra game.
The beach didn`t have many teams this year but Firm got stuck in the toughest bracket. |

That was not the gunz, just cause it had some players from it. Two tmt and pt game was not that close pt was up by 10 with the ball and just ran the clock all the way down and tmt scored with 40 secs left. 703 did very well. As whole they had the best group of teams. Best team still came from the 804 |

That wasn`t the gunz we played. I can tell from their pic there was a few out there, but that`s it. BM was an entirely different team. We were up 20-17 with a few min left AND we had 1st and goal. I feel like we choked in the final minutes but not taking anything away from them, their D stepped up when they needed it most.
Other than 2 whippings from DMob over the yrs, all of our A losses have literally come down to the final minutes or less vs Power 92, Firm, Westwood, TC, and BM. We have a good bunch of guys, but feel were a player or 2 away from possibly winning those games. If there`s anyone that wouldn`t mind the drive to Hburg on Sunday mornings, lemme know... dot21@comcast.net

They beat pt when pt was playing in the spring first game half of the team didn`t show till halftime, they played pt in spring championship and lost by 40. Gameface beat pt in winter playoffs. Once again pt didn`t came up there with 9 people. Triple crown just straight beat pt in nationals lock them down on defensive best team is triple crown |

They lose to Gameface with 9 people. Didn`t have some key players. Lost to whouwit in the snow when half the team was late. Lost to triple crown and scored 0 points on offensive. Each game there was a reason or an excuse. |

You sign up for each event just as everyone else does; Your dealing with grown men who pay their own hard earned $$$ to participate and they still don`t show up!?! That`s crazy to me

Since so many people think the 703 leagues are not competitive. I am willing to pay for the season registration fees for Firm and PT if they are willing to play in our 703 league next season. I will personally write Tom a check for both teams. I got nothing but respect for PT and Firm, but this will show them how competitive the 703 league is... Hope you guys take me on my offer. |

Who you wit (703) & 7 Pt (703) both traveled to 804 to play in their SUNDAY league...7 point played 2 games usually DOUBLEHEADERS AND THEY PLAYED EVERY OTHER SUNDAY...
Now looking at the travel distance, 757 to 703 is about 3-4 Hours away
804 to 703 is anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours away
I do believe that I doubt FIRM would make the trip up every other week to play two games a night BUT for PRIMETIME, just as 7 point did before, I THINK THIS COULD BE AN INTERESTING PROPOSITION
2 games every OTHER Thursday; that`s not that bad AND YOU PLAY ON SOMEONE ELSES $$, that`s a GOOD DEAL!
I understand traffic isn`t the greatest ANYWHERE in VA after 4 & YES WE ALL DO WORK AS WELL, but it is something I would consider... |
