Everyone on here calling out Hood but if you read the SOU for 757 and their history, I`m not so sure they 100% should be in A. One and done last year at states, then failed to even make the spring playoffs of their league. From my understanding its basically the same team and they had a good season (aka the 757 was very very weak this past fall). So maybe they should be in A but I can`t see to much fault in going B based on their recent history too. |

I played some intramural flag football down there way back in the day. This is a higher level but the B tournament is winnable. None of these squads (including Hood) are incredibly tough. Hence the "B" tag.

Yeah, I have played a lot of these teams (still do), and in this tournament 4-5 times. The teams change year to year though. Guys get old, hurt, have kids, etc....then new guys step in. Hard to tell who will be good year to year.

QB for Mayhem right now.
Pennylane Pub is my original squad though. We got together right out of Radford like you guys (after winning a bunch there in like 2000). Won a few B and Weeknight league Championships here in Richmond (when we were young and could still run). Made the final 4 in B last year but didn`t re-assemble this year.

Why is there so much talked about where T-Hood play. If a team wanna play in "B" to give their team a better chance so be it. Maybe the team who wants a team to play in "A` must have a tough team to play and they want a "B" team so they can win at least one game or maybe its a "B" team who have Team Hood in the first round and know they are one and done. just because a team have a good season and play a team close in a lost, doesn`t mean they should play "A". Everyone just need to take care of their team and make sure their team is ready to play. |

I`ve seen both teams play...
Lazy has way more experience, way more organization, and way more football knowledge. Empire however will have the best player on the field and even though it`s a team game it can sometimes bail you out.
