09:42 AM | Damn what a bad tourney for our area. TMT had best chance to win it but as predicted the team chemistry with them would not last long. Without DJ they lacked enough playmakers to advance to Sunday. I only see more cohesion problems for them in the future.
Stone Cold never had a chance to win more than one game. It`s a shame, if their best players just ran with better teams it would`ve elevated the chances of our area doing better.
Showtime. Wow. How do you beat Primetime and TMT and lose in the first round? Come correct to states or don`t come at all. It`s a waste of money if you don`t have your real squad.
Anyone who saw GameFace this fall isn`t surprised with their performance. Actually, compared to the rest of the area they did ok. Once again a team that lost too much fire power to compete at a high level.
7PT spread had another great run, only to ultimately choke AGAIN. So close yet so far. I`m convinced they have the team to win (they beat PT in Fall Richmond League) but when the cameras start rolling and its prime time (no pun intended), they just can`t put together a full game. Maybe next year...
On another note 757 had a big tourney. Da Unit was VERY impressive and Firm looked to regain their form from a few years ago. Can`t wait to see how everything shakes out next year.
